Absolute garbage. Don’t waste your money!!

Super hard to strap kayak on alone. Even with two people it is complicated. Straps come in two pieces. Disappointed in this product. Stay away!

useless for larger kayaks

Big price but useless for any wide fishing style kayaks, wider kayak will not sit on it at the proper balance point generally under the seat area. Strap is also way too short.

Designed for kayak, not canoe

First, the tires come deflated and it is nearly impossible to inflate them using any Mastercraft electric pumps because the gap between the end of the valve and the hub is too tight for clip on M/C pumps.
I have a 14.6 foot canoe that weighs about 45 kg. It is too big/heavy for this cart. Even when strapped down tightly, the cart shifts beneath the canoe and loses the balance point and orientation.

It comes with one strap but you need two, and the strap it comes with is absolutely useless, I use truck straps I already owned. Still working out how to properly attach them so the cart stays on, but since most carts are the same design I blame this on the user.

cautious to can't recommend

The support seat on this cart is very flat so, depending on the keel of your canoe\kayak, you will find it very wobbly, especially if you have any sort of keel. Also, there is no tie-down on the cart so you have to be very careful in how you affix the canoe\kayak to the cart. Not sure I can really recommend this especially if the canoe is loaded for fishing walk-iin trips. Am going back to using my jimmied\kids bike buggy.

A: Yes, the wheels come off easily and cart folds flat enough to tuck into your canoe or kayak. Put the pins into axle ends so you won't lose them and you're on your way!

Q: Are metal spoke wheels available? Photo on package box show metal spokes on wheels, appear larger compared to landmarks on cart. Inside the box, I found plastic wheels. Also, the product listing 79-2461-4 says 300 pound capacity. The product I purchased says 200 pound capacity.
