Poorly parkaged

I bought the Karcher ice scraper last winter. It does a great job but it is recommended that you replace the scraper blade every season. I purchased 2 new blades this weekend. They are just in a cheap zip lock type bag and piled into a cubby type shelf. The cutting/cleaning edges are all dinged up. They are in worse shape than original that came with the unit. Disappointed because the blades are not inexpensive.
No, I do not recommend this product.
