Something Inside Broke

I bought this a few weeks ago. At first it was working great, but one day the head flopped down. In every photo the head is looking up high. My figure is looking down at the ground at a weird angle. When I shake the figure I hear something in it. When I checked in the mouth there was nothing. It is probably the part holding the neck together,
