We used the anchors and never held down our trampoline. Our trampoline was destroyed after 2 mths because we trusted to them. The winds weren't even very high when this happened.

Not as I had hoped...

The digging-in screw part didn't dig in and I had to really force it as I turned it, only to discover it was digging a hole and not screwing down. I returned these the next day and bought dog tie-outs that are better and less $$.
