    Not recommended

It seems like a great deal for the price, but of the 8 friends that bought it, 7 had issues on just two outings. The cocking pin retaining mechanism in particular just falls out. The Tippmanns aren't much more money, and they're a far more robust build, with metal on the important inner components as well as the barrel. This isn't worth trying to save money on, you'll just have to buy a better one anyway.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Made a fluttering sound after 60 or so balls, had to recock after each of the next 10 shots, after that, the tank was empty.I'm guessing a seal is gone.

    Bon marqueur pour debutant

Bon marqueur de débutant pour un prix moindre. Facile a entretenir.

Q: What caliber of paintballs do u use for the gun

    • A: .68 Calibre, just like any gun like this, Tippmann 98 etc.

Q: What is the receiver made of? Is this gun made of aluminum or plastic?

    3 Answers
    • A: the body is made of aluminum but the barrel seems like it's made out of plastic. Very cheaply made. Save your money. You're better off getting a used marker from someone else than to get this.

Q: Can you use compressed air?

    3 Answers
    • A: all paintball markers take either CO2 or HPA (compressed air). This works with either one. However, stay away from this. Replacement parts are no longer available for this marker. WHEN something breaks, that's it. You'll have to buy another one. Save your money and buy something else.

Q: how long can this gun last before you might have to get a new one how many years, or months will it last.... are you getting what you pay for

    3 Answers
    • A: 3 months tops. You're lucky if it lasts longer. Unfortunately for this marker, JT no longer makes or sells replacement parts for this. Once it breaks, you'll have to get something else. Not worth $100 in my opinion. My friend got one as a gift and it didn't last one month. The ball detent (the small part that holds the paintball in place so you only shoot one round at a time) broke. The part is no longer made nor sold. A small $0.10 item makes the marker useless.

Q: how fast can you shoot it?

    3 Answers
    • A: It's only a semi-auto marker. So IF it's working properly, then it will go as fast as you can pull the trigger. "IF" it's working.

Q: Is it a good gun for a beginner?

    3 Answers
    • A: NO. Stay away from this marker. It will break on you within 3 months. Save your money and invest in a Tippmann or another reputable marker. Not worth $100 for something that will last only 3 months.

    • A: Yes, you can change the barrel. The marker accepts all Spyder threaded barrels.

Q: do i need to buy a feedneck to load the paintballs i was watching a review of this gun and as they where opening the gun they said it came with a feedneck, and i looked and i realized it dose not say it comes with one?

    2 Answers
    • A: The feedneck is actually pictured on the marker's promo picture, and comes inside the package as well. I recommend looking into getting the JT clamping feedneck. It clamps both to your hopper and your marker.

Q: Can you wear glasses while wearing the mask? I wear glasses and I'm not sure if they will fit.

    2 Answers
    • A: It depends on how big your glasses are. If you have large, Aviator style glasses it might be a tight squeeze, but smaller more urban type glasses should be easier. Contacts are worth looking into if you're considering playing paintball on a regular basis. They won't fog like glasses do, they're easy to wear when combined with a paintball mask and require less cleaning versus glasses (Well, daily type contacts at least).
