They don't build them like this anymore!

I bought this about 8 years ago and it is still working very well. The only broken part was the power trigger lever broke off at the bend but it still works. I wish I could find a replacement part. Otherwise, no hassles with this and no going back to a gas mower. I'm used to mowing with a power cord so it's not really an issue but some people may have a harder time if they have lots of trees or obstacles to navigate. Way less maintenance than dealing with a gas mower, easy to maneuver, and much quieter. The mulching blade is fantastic.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

We had this lawn mower dor 4 years and been left in the backyard with two of those years just covered by a tarp and the only thing rhat we have replaced is the freakin blade..two of those four years it was left without the tarp all winter long.. It slows down if you leave your lawn to grow too tall but it my opinion its bomb proof..

+++ Do not purchase this mower +++ I bought this mower just over a year ago, used once a week on a small property...This year, mower worked for about 5 minutes and quit...Warranty is only good for 1 year so now I'm on the hook to pay for repair/parts. I'm not sure I want to spend more money fixing up a lemon because the mower wasn't great to begin with. ++TERRIBLE++

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Good Call

Just moved into a new home with a small yard and lots of new things we needed to buy, so of course we wanted something that could get the job done and be affordable. This mower was a great find and works perfectly for what we need. We would recommend it for a small yard and are quite pleased we went with it ourselves.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: Does the handle move from front to back or is it fixed in one position?

    1 Answer
    • A: I have one that I modified by centering the handle in the midle of the chassis. Now I can mow in either direction without having to turn the mower around. The factory steup does not allow an operator to do that as it is. This is the big plus feature every electri lawnmower should have. I can mow twice as much lawn as my neighbours and their heavy gas mowers in less time.

Q: Can you adjust the handle height? If so, how? We can adjust the height of the wheels, but we can't figure out how to adjust the height of the handle, and as we're tall we find that it's currently too low so that we're always bending over rather than having the handle at waist height...

    1 Answer
    • A: Unfortunately the handle height is a fixed position.

Q: How do I attach the Side discharge chute? I purchased a model 60-146-6 and th side discharge chute comes loose in the box. In the place it would go is a spring loaded hatch cover. The instruction booklet does not mention anywhere how I would attach the discharge cute. How is it done?

    1 Answer
    • A: You will lift up the side spring loaded gate covering the opening and while doing so you will take the side discharge chute and hook on the two slotted openings to the deck just under the spring loaded cover. The hooks are brass coloured. If issues persist please call the toll free helpline @ 1 877 888 3872
