No Charger?

I Got this product a few weeks ago and I abosolutly love it great sound quality and I love how its waterproof. What I dont like is how much I paid for it and it didnt come with a charger, yes it did come fully chared, but after it died after many uses, I had to go out of my way and spend more money to buy a chager for this. but overall i use it all the time

Battery issues.

When I first got it, it was working great, sounded great, and I had no issues. However, it randomly stopped allowing me to charge it. Everything I found online said I may need to clean the plug in spot, may need to clean my cords, but even after doing all of that it still does the flashing red warning light, and makes the noise to let you know something’s wrong. Everything online said I also may need to try different chargers and outlets, so I have tried switching both and it still won’t charge.It’s been days now, and I honestly don’t know what to do anymore, and it’s driving me insane. This much money for a speaker that won’t charge is just frustrating.

  • A: Thanks for your question. Our JBL Grip and JBL Flip 5 and 6 can not be paired together as they use different wireless connections. Our Grip features Auracast, while our Flip 5 and 6 use JBL PartyBoost. These two systems are not compatible, meaning you won’t be able to link the speakers for synchronized playback. To connect multiple JBL speakers, they must support the same pairing protocol.

However, it does support multi-speaker connection through Auracast, which allows you to connect two or more JBL Grip speakers or other JBL Auracast-enabled speakers together.
