Rien ne va avec ce produit… Qualité son passable (c'est du JBL tout de même), pour le reste on repassera… Le clip a cassé au premier usage, le bluetooth ne se reconnecte jamais (sur iphone), son poids est mal réparti du à l'antenne bluetooth au dos qui offre peu de confort, le tout emballé dans un plastique de faible qualité. Et de mémoire, pas même un petit emballage pour le transporter… Mauvais produit dans l'ensemble.

I am very disappointing with JBLE25BT. 1. As marked the soft plastic rip off from the corner. 2. In the starting battery backup is good, get 7-8 hours backup, but after 3 or 4 month later I only get 3-4 hours & after one year later the headphones is useless for me. 3. Sound quality is good but don't be fool if product is not reliable don't purchase it.

I bought this product a year and a half ago. First, in a month its clip broke , them after 2 months the charging slot cover came out. Then after a year the earphones stopped charging. Even after trying with alternate chargers , no gain. I called the customer care and they said since its out of warranty we can't replace it. I asked them to not give replacement but help me repair those so that I can use it. Rs.2500 for a earphones which only worked for 18months and no assistance in case it stops working. This is the worst anyone could offer. If I have to use earphones for a year or so , I would go for pTron , Mivi or Boat brands which are cheaper than JBL and offer same durability. Please don't go for this product. You will better options is this budget.

Magic headphones

I put these headphones through the washer and dryer in a pants pocket and they still work perfectly. I could not believe my ears but these bad boys survived a full wash and dry and are no worse for wear. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I just bought my second pair of these because I love them so much! I have one at work and one at home. The sound is great and the noise cancelling is perfect. They are lightweight and the shirt clip comes in handy when I'm doing any kind of vigorous movement. I highly recommend these earbuds to anyone! Just do not get bug spray on the clip or it will eat away at the color...learned that the hard way.

Q: Bought mine last week and the sound keeps on fluctuating. (At some point, there will be no audio then later it resumes to its normal state). Is there a way this can be solved? I'm just less than 1ft away from the device (so it's not distance a prob).

Q: Im from sweden, bought this on first april, Its Not responding to my commands/keys and did not want to shut off (Color blue), had to way for the battery to run out and recharge, then  Today It is not responding/charging (color white) i tried 3 usb's

  • A: It seems to be the most common problem, I have the same — don't wait until it the battery is empty, just plug it in some charger, some small portable, it will automatically turn itself off, two seconds - and you've got your device turned off when you remove the cable,I carry a small usb charger with me all the time, already with a cable, so it is really easy. But how come the product (almost Hi-End for God sakes) has this stupid glitch, I cannot understand. Hope you'll do fine! Good luck Anna
