Screen is dead

This is blowing hot air but the screen is dead in the water. It said one year warranty, however we cannot get the screen going anymore. Do not buy, waste of money.

Flame is not moving

This is an amazing fireplace IF the flames were actually moving!!! It could be just my unit but I can only control the brightness of the flames and change the colors! I give it 1 star for the misleading info (or waiting for customer support respond for a bad unit)

we were Leary buying a fake fireplace, but this one is great ! Looks lovely with the crystals instead of those with fake logs. It will put out a decent amount of heat in the living room. We love it !

Extremely Noisy

This fireplace is extremely noisy. Constantly rattles. We've ensured everything is secure, but it is SO loud.

Very nice looking stand. Easy to assemble (pictures only). All the pieces were there...all fit together.....realistic looking fire. Heater only has 1 setting, but can live with that. Definitely recommend this product.

Q: My Daughter won this for the Emplaoyee Christmas raffle! That's awesome CT! I told her when she got hired that she scored a really good place to work. Anyways, to the question..HOW DO YOU GET THE ROCKS INSIDE THE FRONT SCREEN? haha Nothing in manual

A: CTDad1980, take the fireplace out and unscrew screws that hold the glass door. you need to take the glass door out and put the beads/rocks to the place. Lock back the glass door, don't forget to check the wire connector are well connected to PCB(Main Board).

Q: The device up can stop heating when the set temperature reached. However it will not heat up again when room temperature drop down lower than the set temperature. Do I miss anything in setting or is it a problem of the device?

A: It will heat up again. it is because the NTC on the machine will detect temperature of the room temperature which may have 2 to 3 deg difference. So it is not working when you see temperature outside. the temperature inside the machine may still at the set temperature. when the temperature drop down, it will start again.
