J-B Weld ClearWeld Syringe is a quick setting, multipurpose two part epoxy that provides a strong and lasting bond on most surfaces including tile, most plastics, ceramic, glass, wood and metal. ClearWeld is designed to cure with a clear, transparent bond when used at thicknesses of less than 15 mil. ClearWeld has a 1:1 mixing ratio, sets in 5 minutes and cures in 1 hour. With a tensile strength of 3900 PSI, ClearWeld sets to a hard, permanent bond.

No way to seal it once it’s open.

The epoxy itself is great, Howe the tube it comes in is difficult to open and would not allow me to seal it again. There was no cap on the container, so I had to find a few projects and then throw most of it in the garbage.

syringe is messy

i figured it would stock me for a while as I don't use much at a time. however the container syringe is messy, and allows for cross-contamination of the two epoxy components so this is not a good way for me to buy this stuff. - wasteful!

Q: Has anyone figured out how to get the cap off this thing? There seems to be an applicator stick and a black bit that pops out... but none of the instructions explain anything about them other than "remove the replaceable cap"...

A: After you snap the clear tip off and use what is needed remove the mixer tip and remove the black rectangle shaped cap from the plunger and cap the end
