A well made tool That works when others fail

I purchased this item 5+ yrs ago and it saved my kiester then. I just got a 2011 1500 (now 2024) and was trying to install nerf bars on it. I broke a ‘cab hold down isolator bolt. I didn’t know what to do and I didn’t even know the name for what I broke when it happened. All I could see was hundred dollar bills floating out of my wallet from taking it to a mechanic!!!… Then I remembered My Erwin bolt extractors. After trial, PB blaster and more errors just to fix the extractor down in the hole where the bolt could be gotten too, I felt a budge! Then slowly but confidently I finally won. I just wanted to thank all of you who have the integrity to put tools like this for sale. Not just making a buck but rather demanding well made tools so that we can dig ourselves out of our pit. This was just such big deal to me I needed to tell you “Thank you for your attention and integrity on this tool especially”!
