This is the bets mother's day gift I've ever gotten. Initially we only used this in our split level kitchen (due to the steps). After moving to a single level home it wanderers everywhere. Works great on pet hair. It does unplug one lamp that it has an ongoing battle with. I've set it to run each day after I leave for work as it is rather noisy. It does great on hardwood floors and low area rugs. There is one cabinet door that it gets hung up under. Bedrooms with longer carpet cause teh battery to die, but my 84 year old father in law likes trackggn it down, hence the wanderer name. I have now purchased one of the e5s for each of my staff. Over the years we've had to replace the battery, the rollers, the brush, and the handle. As a working mom of 2 and small farm

I own a mother son house and I bought a Roomba 860 for my son ,since he has a large living area and has very little time to clean since he works 12 hour shifts. I have to admit that I think it has to be watched, and there are places that it constantly gets stuck, but it does an amazing job! We have a dog and it cleans effectively. I think it is best to schedule it every day. I liked it so much that I just bought one for my level of the house. It's a large area and it takes me at least 45 minutes to an hour to vacuum weekly.

Not bad but not great

It does a good job of keeping dust off the floors. It has no problems with docking. I like the fact it can clean even my sofa without falling off. Just cant clean around the arms which really let's you know it shouldn't be your one and only vac. It really just tears up area rug corners regardless of size. I have very large to small rugs...not one does not have damage. I just pick up the small ones. Also I dont like all the replacement parts necessary to maintain it. Goes through filters like water. I dont have pets or kids and like things neat. This is just not worth hassle.
