I had this for about 2 years and It works wonders. I loved every bit of it. But after 2 years of having to store it for winter and all. The buttons wouldn't work and had to patch it each season as i took it out of storage. I used it a lot though and it was well worth it!!!

J'ai déjà eu ce genre de spa dans le passé, dans les tous premier et il a pas tuffé avec le temps au soleil la toile a fendu en 2 et après 6 ans le heater a pété, mais celui la j'ai vraiment l'impression qui est fais pour durer, la toile me semble très robuste au touché, la pompe est encastré est pas direct au soleil je sais pas si ça change de quoi...tk au moins j'menfarge pas d'dans!! Pis le système de contrôle est numérique, précis et contrôle du filtre peut fonctionner Indépendament du heater, c'est pratique quand tu pars en vacance, tu peux le faire runner au minimum.

A: no the bottom is not inflated but isn't hard to sit on because you are in water, not like literally sitting on the deck

Q: Heating I can not get the water to heat up above 17' - I believe it is the heating element. I have no idea how to access the heating element. I have tried to call the company but no one ever answers or returns my call.

A: The hot tub heater is on when the heat light is red. When it is green that means that you have heated it to what you wanted.

A: The filled weight is 930 kilos and yes you would need any hot tub water sanitizer preferably granular.
