I have not used it much as I am still falling off of it too often. It needs training wheels which I have dummied up using a couple blocks of wood. Still early days to comment.

It’s small and the bottom is not non slip, slipped out from under me, I fell, and my head hit the floor first time I used it. Returning and getting a bosu ball instead.
