Q: I just purchased this cooler, but am surprised and disappointed that it only plugs into the car. Will it drain my car battery if plugged in while the car isn’t running? Also, is there any way to get a cord to be able to plug it into a wall outlet?

A: It will absolutely drain the car battery, espically if left over night. Stopped at a hotel , forgot to unplug and car was dead in the morning.

Q: Regularly gets lots of ice build up on the underside of the lid. Not sure what can be done to prevent this? Its is fairly new and use it in my room to keep things cold at the nursing home I live in. Please help!

A: Unfortunately, this product is not a fridge and not meant to be run all the time. If it is always plugged in and running, you will get ice build up.
