Good instructions. Some adaptations are needed to fit the specific installations. The rod which has to be snapped off to the appropriate length actually broke further up which made it too short but I managed by using the old one.

INCOMPATIBLE WITH IDEAL GL LEVER HANDLE SET

GARBAGE!! CHeap junk and is NOT compatible with all the Ideal Security sets. Waste of $12!!

tongue doesn't lock well

i got this because the old one broke and also for security. it doesn't come with bolts. when I use the locking feature the tongue moves about a centimeter and won't lock the door. i had to add more washers to make it work. working now but i wouldn't buy it again
