4 étés de problèmes: se déverse si pas sur sol parfaitement à niveau, se déverse si les enfants s appuient sur le bord, l anneau gris se perse facilement et dégonfle donc piscine se vide, système de balayage désuet, finalement l
Anneau gris à séché au soleil et s est mis à fendre à plusieurs endroits. Ça a fini par un déversement complet et la poubelle. Pu jamais.
Pour l été 2019, je vais opter pour un modèle à armature en espérant que ce sera mieux.

9 été et elle fini par un tsunami

Nous avons eu cette piscine presque 9 étés. Il faut être bricoleur. Tout a lâché: nous avons utilisé 4 filtreurs, dû remplacer les robinets, l'écumoire a été réparé une douzaine de fois, la partie gonflée a été percée très souvent, surtout à l'entreposage l'hiver mais se répare facilement avec une rustine pour pneu transparente. Elle a permis à mes enfants de se baigner très souvent. Mais voilà, toute bonne chose a une fin. Elle s'est fendue sans prévenir et le tsunami a tout emporté chez les voisins, incluant ma fille de 9 ans, sans trop de dommages heureusement autre qu'une sérieuse frousse. Nous hésitons à la remplacer par la même chose.

Piscine a bon prix de bonne dimension sans avoir les tracas d'une piscine fixe (surtout en hiver). Système de filtration efficaces mais le système pour chauffer la piscine ne l'est pas. Produit de très bonne qualités et service après vente de la compagnie très efficaces en français.

A: Après plusieurs appels, j'ai fini par rejoindre une personne qui parle en français. Par la suite tout s'est bien déroulé et j'ai obtenu satisfaction. Bon rapport qualité prix, mais il faut pas avoir tombé sur un "citron" !

A: Unfortunately there is no pool heater compatible with these pools. We recommend a solar blanket.

Q: What is the water depth? Not the height of the pool but once it's filled how deep is the water to the bottom of the ring?

A: The Upper ring is roughly 6 inches, so the pool water level will be between 42” high depending on how much water you put into it.

Q: How are the sides with dogs? Are the sides of this pool at all susceptible to tearing if a dog were to jump against it?

A: We would not recommend letting a dog jump up against the side of the pool as it could potentially rip the liner depending on how sharp its nails are.

Q: What size are the hoses, 1 1/4" or 1 1/2"? I have a pump for a heater that needs 1 1/2" or the flow rate is too slow for the heater.
