JUNK! 3 repair calls in 2 years

Bought this in summer 2020, have had a technician out twice for repairs and it's now acting up again (making loud clanking and squeaking noises), so we are making a third repair call. I definitely regret this purchase - DO NOT BUY!

I put in a request

I put in a request a while back to get the flywheel fixed (grinding issues new out of the box). I haven't even been able to put the machine together yet to see how it works due to delays in getting the initial fix scheduled. It has taken multiple emails and phone calls to try to get the work order to go through and get it scheduled.

Q: What is the maximum "step-up" or "step-on" height (the height from the floor to the highest position of the pedal)? Our room has low ceiling, so we need to know how high on pedals we are going to be during exercises. Thank you

A: Step on Height is 10”. The highest point on the pedal (when one pedal is in the lowest position is approximately 20”). For this model it additionally has incline which will increase the height off the ground of the highest pedal by approximately another 8”.
