Not happy anymore. It doesn’t suck up water.

Originally we were in love with this machine! That is when it worked. Our warranty has expired and just in time, for the machine is no longer working well. The hose part works fine and has lost some suction. The motor part doesn’t suck up any fluids at all. We tried washing our rugs at home used up a whole tank of water and once we’re finished we noticed the ‘dirty water tank’ on the bottom didn’t suck anything in at ALL! Leaving our rugs soaking wet and damaging them. We’re very disappointed as we’ve spent a the full price on this machine and don’t know what to do to fix it. We’ve tried trouble shooting and can’t figure it out..
No, I do not recommend this product.

Worked well the first 2 uses ... but not since

I bought this to replace my Hoover MaxExtract All Terrain(which was an amazing machine) and was impressed during the first 2 uses. On the 3rd use, I noted the machine was leaving discernible 'streaks' so I checked and re-cleaned the brushes ... it still left streaks. It, also, left the carpets much wetter than the MaxExtract. We followed the instructions on cleaning the unit to ensure it was ready for the next use. Unfortunately, the streaking was much worse and the carpets were soaked ...
Definitely not a good choice to replace the MaxExtract All Terrain :( We have taken to renting carpet cleaning machines as a result

Great machine. Easy to use. Has seperate water, wash, and dirty water reservoirs. Easy to clean up after use. Have had other brands that dont last a year . Before bresking down. Hoping this will stand the test of time. It does come with a five year warranty one year with other guys.

I wasn't sure about this machine at first, but we have used this several times now. It is an amazing machine. It does a fantastic job and easy to use. Pet problems are gone and looks new again. Highly recommend this machine. Happy customer

A: Use your Hoover® carpet washer only if upholstery fabric is marked with a “W” (for “wet” clean) or “S/W” (for “solvent/ dry” or “wet” clean). Don’t clean fabric marked “S” (“solvent/dry” clean only. For details on recommended usage and the cleaning process, please see the owner's manual available under the product "Details" and "Additional Info".
