Easy to set up and install. Matched to the wireless doorbell chime without issue. Separate tones for front door or back.

Purchased this product after the old one was broken. It works well. It’s just hard to remove it from its mount. Nonetheless, it stays in place and was easy to program it to our old doorbell mechanism.

Disappointing

I bought it and once I put in the battery I tried to sync it with my ringer. Still trying!!!! Had bought a previous one & had to return it as once I put in the battery the back would not stay on. The store refunded me as had no more in stick

Ideal doorbell system but push button fatally flawed

I really like how loud and portable the chime is but the push button is just not dependable. I originally bought 2 buttons for front & back doors paired with 2 chime units, each configured to ring differently depending on which button is pressed ... awesome. However, the front door button started sticking and then would sound spontaneously in the middle of the night. We switched to a series of different video doorbells for a few years unsuccessfully until I could convince my wife to try this again a couple of months ago using only the button that had been at the rear door. Today, that button doesn't work at all despite having a good battery and it can't be re-paired with the chime units which are fine. Now I have to decide whether to spend $18 for a new button, find a completely different/inferior wireless doorbell system or revert to the wired system we used 20 years ago. Why can't this Honeywell door button just do its one job?

Le bouton n'est pas assez sensible, il faut pousser fort et tenir ± une seconde sans quoi ça ne fonctionne pas. La plupart des visiteurs ne pèsent pas assez fort alors ça ne fonctionne pas,

Q: Can you use one push button with more than one chime? If I wanted to have a chime plugged in upstairs and downstairs can I pair this push button with both our just one of them? Thanks!
