Very disappointed

My son bought this for me as a gift. I have terrible arthritis in my hands. I had one that ran steady for years. I am healing after hand surgery and it's not melting the wax completely. I feel horrible because I can't afford to replace it and why would I if they're all like this. I'm heartbroken.

The Worst Wax Bath

Please do no buy this product!!! My boyfriend got it for his hand as he was in a car accident and this thing gets way too hot to the point the wax feels like it is burning you. Not to mention the wax never fully melts!! Will definitely be looking into a different brand as this is a big, ongoing issue with your product that has lasted for years. Clearly there is an issue with your product!!!

I only came with 3 lbs of paraffin, not enough, should have came with 5. Also heats up too hot, borderline burning sometimes

The product I bought was delivered broken, sent it back for a return and the next one was broken as well. It was poorly packaged for shipping. Won't be doing business with you again.
