If only the right product was in the box

Finally picked a new light. Got home, installed it. Looked great with first part up. Went to put the glass fixture up and it looked white compared to the picture on the box...I wanted the smokey color the box shows. Could not attach the glass as the hardware was completely different than the box shows. It appears we got parts of 2 light fixtures in one box. Now to dismantle again, return, and see if we can actually get the whole proper product. What a pain!!! Someone must have tampered with this box. NOT fun!

Very well packaged and very nice finish & look. Easy to understand instructions, and all parts to install are included (of course!). Bought two for the hallway, and the actual look *is* a bit darker than the box photo. Tried taking a photo, but it ends up looking brighter than the product shot. Doesn't look dirty to me, but it is a nice overall look. Have owned for over a year, and would definitely recommend if you like the look.

Nice but picture misleading.

The fixture itself is very nice and was simple to install.The picture leads you to believe that the glass colour is much more white than it really is. In reality, the glass looks more yellowish, almost like it's dirty.
