Beautiful Flickering Lights

Bought in 2018 before Halloween and they were perfect. Exactly what we were looking for. The bulbs are glass and they flicker like flame. Pulled them out to use in 2019 and the bulbs tapped each other and broke! How do I replace the broken bulbs? I’m heartbroken.
