Easy to install works great. Perhaps I didn’t read the instructions correctly but it might help if they started out making it clear that the shaded settings are the default for programming. Don’t really know why one would use any of the other settings

The web site says it's the IPHS5 model, but what was on the shelf was the DHS05 model. In any case, the DHS05 is newer so bonus. It has wires to connect instead of screws. Still very easy to install. Comes with easy to understand configuration instructions, but the default is perfect for me. Didn't have to change anything. Size is not too deep as to cause issues making it fit. Picks up the high humidity of the shower to start the fan.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: If someone turns this on manually and forgets to turn it off, how long will it run for?

Q: Does this work with vanEE HVAC system?

  • A: It is best to verify with the HVAC company, as they have their own controls. This switch is intended more a fan, not a hvac system. I am unsure of its capabilities with that particular system.
