Agréablement surpis!!!

Acheter avec un peu de septissisme. Marque méconnue, qualité incertaine mais de bon review aux Etats-Unis. Et non, se n'est pas un 1080p mais bien une 720p, mais pour une 32 pouces, ça change rien.
Facile à configurer et hop, les première images. Les couleur son très saturer mais bon pour le prix je m'y attendais. Sommes toute une image convenable.
Je change le mode d'image d'origine pour le mode cinéma et WOW, gros changement. Vraiment impressionné du résultat. Image net, couleur bien calibré, bref un résultat plus que probant. Je vous recommande de prendre le temps de faire un ajustement d'image personnalisé, vous pourrez avoir encore plus de détail et de justesse au niveau des couleurs.
Bref très impressionnant pour le prix. N'hésiter pas, vaux amplement le prix demandé. Reste à voir pour la fiabilité à long terme.

Great Buy for a 2nd TV

I found this was a surprisingly good set. Required minimal colour adjustment out of the box, comes with three HDMI jacks plus USB, etc. and also functions as a monitor for my Mac PC. I was looking for the lowest cost possible on a reasonably sized temporary replacement after my 60" died because I would be waiting weeks for warranty service on the big set. Had every intention of selling it once the 60" was back, but have decided to keep it as a second set and since bought an Apple TV box for it to make it a "Smart" TV all at a great price. Re: 1080p, it claims this on the box: I haven't tested it for resolution, but it's quite sharp and from what I read, it's hard to tell the difference from 720p resolution on models under 50". I wonder if complaints on here pertain to an older HiSense 32" model still available in some CT stores - easy to tell the difference, the older model's cabinet is about three times deeper than this slimmer model. I don't usually buy off brands but this one's a gem!

Definetly NOT 1080P

As others have stated, this TV is definitely NOT 1080P resolution and no where on the box does it state it is. Looking at the manual, resolution is shown as 1366x768. It didn't even make it out of the garage once i read the manual; straight back to the store it goes! If you are not looking for a 1080P TV, then I'm sure this is still a decent TV. Model is H32K26E.

Misunderstandings

I know out of experience that the product shipped to the stores changes all the time without notice. Canadian Tire doesn't have any control over that, and by the time they changed it here they'd come back to the stores at 1080p.. though I can understand your frustration
Any Canadian Tire around where I live (Ontario)
has been happy to return any product, electronic or not, as long as I have my receipt and it's all in its original condition.
This is a perfect cost effective tv that i really enjoy and is absolutely ideal for those of us casually using HD, seeing how you'd only get your 1080p while running something using full high def.
(no, that doesn't mean a regular dvd on a bluray player)
As for the comment about it not being and LED tv, only LED backlit.. I think you may be ill-informed as to what constitutes the difference between between LCD and LED tvs.

Don't buy

Found out It's not 1080p as stated on CT website after purchase. CT doesn't accept return of opened box. Very disappointed. Save your money and don't buy.

Q: 1080p ? there are comments saying this was 720p, can anyone verify this is in fact 1080p? i connect my TV to the computer so there is a huge difference between 720 and 1080 resolution.

A: No it is not 1080P. I just purchase one this morning and found out that it is 720P. The manual says native resolution is 1366x768! The model number is H32K26E, google it and you'll find that it is 720P. I had to return it.
