75lbs dry wall support screws and plugs

Says they are rated for up to 75lbs into drywall. Not sure why this review says the 50lbs ones because I definitely bought the 75lbs rating ones. They couldn’t even hold up a 5lbs shelf. The shelf fell out of the wall as I was putting it up. It could be because my landlord used the cheapest thinnest drywall he could find or because these suck.
