Great fix to a common problem

As kids commonly do, our daughter tried to swing on the towel rack. The rack came detached from the wall. Instead of using anchors, decided to try toggle bolts. So happy I did, pushed the toggle bolts in the drywall holes left by the anchors, tighten the screws and voila, back in business. No mess, no moving the towel rack, great solution to a common issue.
