We have only had these installed for a few weeks and they have failed already. We replaced ones that we had for years but had stopped holding , these ones have stopped closing.

Spring Lid Support

Waste of money. To hold the lid open on a toy box , It has to be positioned so that the lid does not close down completely. Poor geometric design of the arms.

Q: Where are mounting instructions? I just recently purchased a pair of these lid supports. In the package there are no diagrams showing where to drill the holes or no templates provided. Where can I find the mounting instructions.
