Bad Swivel

Bought 2 of these. On one of them, the swivel wouldn't move. Had to force it to move, but it scraped off the paint. Returned it and bought another one, same thing. Returned that one and the next one, exact same thing. The quality of the swivel isn't good. Can't test them in the store because they are in those plastic clam shell packaging.

No, I do not recommend this product.
