Hassel on wrongly priced item

The price on the shelf was $0.50 less than the register price, the cashier said the higher price was correct and I was wrong. I walked all the way back to the far corner of the store and took a picture of the location and price tag to prove the pricing. I was directed to customer service who would not believe the picture and I waited 15+ minutes while an employee walked back to the shelf to remove the price tag and return it to customer service. This quick 5 minute trip took over half an hour. BTW the product worked great.
