Policy Review for specific out of box items!

Product was what I was looking for however individual pricing for items in the bin was over priced. A box of 25 was sold at 36.99 and I needed and additional 25+ which I had to pay individual item price because they were not in a box and were loose in the bin. I was very impressed with the staffs efforts to accommodate that box pricing and however they were not able to help there due to policy. I would suggest there should be a policy in place to accommodate customers who need more than a box specific amount. The additional number of items I needed was 49 which ultimately cost 113.38!! I would have been happy with a box price for 25 of them and individual item price for the additional 24 as that is all they had!!
