Q: We are having problems with our blender. Twice we exchanged. The last one worked once. Now it doesn't want to start. We press the button, the light goes on and that it, nothing else. Please help.

A: Hello, you need to make sure the recipient is well placed on the base - you should hear a "click" when correctly into place. This might be why the unit won't blend, it's a safety feature making sure all pieces are well placed on the base before the blades turn. Q: I bought one and had to fight to set the cup on the blender properly and after a few times of trying, I returned it without using it. Was it defective or do others have the same problem?

Q: Just bought & the blade bases won’t click into base therefore won’t run. There is a small white piece that prevents this. It retracts when pushed down but won’t retract when trying to twist blade base.
