Great set for price

Old cookware needed replacing. I did check the various cookware sets that Canadian Tire had on display and decided on this cast Aluminum set because of the heafty thick bottoms to the pots and pans and also as the walls were quite thick as well. This set has made cooking a breeze, especially the clean up. With the non-stick coating cleaning is a breeze. I especially appreciate the clear glass lids that let me see the food cooking and the fact all of the lids have a no drip design which keeps all dripping from the pots and pans from dripping outside of the pan. I have no way as much splatter on the stove since using this set. Also important is that this set has a five year replacement warranty, should you encounter any defects.

A: The saucepans and sauce pot that come in the new 10 pc Cookware Set (142-9006) is induction ready. However, the set does include a single non-stick aluminum frying pan, that will not work on an induction cooktop.
