It’s ok, but fell below my expectations as a Henckels product. You can probably find a better sharpener for that price.

I purchased one of these about 5 to 6 years ago and it's been doing an amazing job ever since. I use it frequently on steak knives as well as cutting knives right up to large blades in the kitchen. Works equally well on every blade I've run through it.
That said, I think it's finally stopped being truly effective lately (really, it's been many years) so I'm thinking it's time to replace it, which I will absolutely do GLADLY!
Anyway, definitely something everyone should have in their kitchen drawer!

Q: Can it be used for pizza rocker knife?

A: Without knowing more about the design and brand of pizza rocker it is difficult to answer this question. Running the blade through the sharpener to see if it works would not have a negative effect on the sharpener.

A: The sharpener wheels are aligned at an angle that is approximately 19° or 20° per side. This edge angle is the typical angle for most standard "European" knives and provides a good blend of sharpness and edge stability (for best possible edge retention).
