For your convenience, the Helly Hansen Adult Evoprene PFD/Life Jacket is available in a variety of sizes and colours.

Q: My husband is a 3X man, but you do not have that size. The 2X fits and he can close the clasps but not the zipper. Is it still safe for boating?

A: I'm not really qualified to answer your question as I am just an owner of one of these jackets. I do wear mine zipped up. I would say though that your husband should find an alternative if he can't wear this one as intended. It is life saving equipment after all and should be worn as designed.
