HealthRider H90T Treadmill

I bought this unit and used it very lightly, (not as much as I intended) so it was like new, certainly never abused. Never moved it so it was not damaged. One day I went to use it and it simply would not work. I tried everything, resets, checked connections, watched online troubleshooting vids, nothing, just dead. Tried calling for service an good luck with that. No support, still waiting weeks later after numerous attempts and messages. Now I'm just left with this big, bulky expensive piece of junk. Don't make the same mistake I made. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MANUFACTUROR. NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER.

Belt wont align. Terrible unit and not worth the headache.

Recently purchased this treadmill while on sale. Was looking for a good performing and solid treadmill that didn't necessarily require any fancy extra features. This treadmill fits the bill! If you can get it while on sale it's a great buy for a 60 inch treadmill. Setup does take some time (2hrs) but worth it. If you are considering this treadmill and are reading the reviews, I would recommend you read them all carefully because some of the complaints are ridiculous. Everything about the treadmill is clearly disclosed in the specs, including the monthly ifit subscription charge (optional). The assembly instructions were clear and didn't pose any problems as long as you read and follow them. I am happy with this purchase and its performance and would recommend it!

This is overall an okay machine. I bought it from Scarborough Canadian Tire. I got overwhelmed to see the size of the machine when it was delivered. It too 4 hours to assemble. The assemble guide is too vague to work with. Also, machine doesn't come with any operational guidelines, other than assemble manual. I mean you really don't know how to operate what features. Also, the tools and screw they provided with this machine were not adequate. If you somehow you spoil any single parts, say, one washer then you not gonna find a single more as spare. After assemble, I see that the bluetooth was not working. I sent 3 emails to the company but they did not respond. I don't know what to do with this. Performance of the machine is ok. But I am not able to use it fully as I don't have any manual to see which features works how. The marketing farm of this machine has taken the advantage of monitizing from this machine by selling the accesories, guide, manual, magnetic key etc. The ifIT app is also not free. it wants to charge you 15 dollars per month. Based on everything I got out of this machine, I do not recommend. The item is too heavy and hence I could not return it. Oterwise, I would have returned it to the store.

J'ai acheté mon tapis roulant le 31 décembre 2019, mon mari a fini de le monter le 2 janvier 2020 le soir, je l'ai essayer 15 minutes vite fait, il allait bien, lendemain matin j'essai de m'y mettre, oubli ça le tapis était briser plus aucun bouton ne fonctionnait, j'ai appellé Canadian Tire, j'ai dû après 2 jours d'achat appelé la compagnie car impossible de remballer et retourner, on m'envoi une nouvelle tête(7 à 10 jour pour recevoir) puis aussitôt reçu j'ai appelé leur tech qu'il vienne installer(très bon service) Le tapis va bien cette journée là, le lendemain je rembarque, le tapis se met à monter en pente j'essai tous les boutons aucun ne fonctionne, mon mari me dit laisse le aller voir....il a monter au plus haut, puis redescendu, puis c'est remis à marcher...Oouuff, il fonctionne mais jusqu'à quand? j'ai l'impression d'avoir acheté un vrai citron et en plus on a jamais eu d'aide pour le choisir, on a passer entre 1h et 1h30 au magasin pour l'acheter et pas eu de service a part que pour aller le chercher ds backstore et même là ça été très long, je suis déçu car je croyais qu'un tapis qui vaut 2500$ aurais plus d'un utilisateur, mais non et les portes verres sont très petit, pensez à vérifier la grosseur des portes verres, j'aurais jamais imaginer à vérifier ça, mes bouteilles ré-utilisables fitte juste . Oh et j'oubliais les poignées qui donne le pouls du cœur, ben pas très fiable et ça c'est quand il fonctionne.
