Q: My stairway is quite narrow, does this table come disassembled so I can easily take it down the stairs in pieces? At least take each half down at a time?

A: The table comes in pieces that you have to assemble. You can take it down piece by piece. The largest two table top pieces are 54"x60" and about 3" thick. Quite impressed with the quality of the table, it is very solid. Each side folds up individually very quickly and you can roll both units out of the way when not in use.
