Awesome Squirrel trap

I set the trap, put a few peanuts in it and within minutes had a squirrel checking it out, he didn't go in right away but i had him in the trap the next morning. Easy to use.

Works very well
a month ago
Bought in autumn after squirrel mobs were digging holes in my back lawn. Worked great from Day 1. Have now trapped 8 and re-located them to the posh parks of Forest Hill. Smear peanut butter on the trigger plate, set the release bar and Bob's your uncle - catches them easily.

Trap failure

Trip mechanism has poor design. The Squirrel readily enters and leaves trap eating the bait, without tripping the trap

Q: Would a small dog be able to get in it

A: I would say no because the door is actually about an inch lowered into the opening when you set the trap . But the movement of the dog more than likely would have rattle the door and set it off so the extra small dog might get the door land on his back and get into trouble
