The trap was set to stiff. We had to adjust the"trigger" to allow the door to shut. We saw a racoon enter, eat all the bait & back out of the trap. It is difficult to bait with the tight spacing of the metal caging. A long arm was required to bait the trap. It was very over priced compared to other traps from other suppliers. $149 vs Home Hardware $60
