I love this sled because it brings back a lot of memories. On the other hand, it isn't flexible at all.

Don't do it

Such a let down. Wow. This item is not well made. I bought it for my 2 yr old for xmas. I knew when I bought it that it wouldn't be as good as toboggans from the old days! I was right. This thing is stapled together. Literally. Nonetheless, I bought it. I waxed it up and took the boy out coasting today. We went down the hill...twice. After that, one full cross member's staples started to pull away from the sled. I'm serious, it is so poorly made. I should have known better...well, actually I did. It went back to the store without issue. Canadian tire, you should consider if this product meets your expectations as a reputed Canadian store.

Very dissapointing toboggan

Because I have RA I asked someone else to pick the toboggan as a present for a small child and the photo they have here is not representative of the product. The varnish coat is a single pass so the finish is mat, not shiny like the photo and will quickly wear off. Only the front is screwed while the rest is stapled so, like the other toboggan reviews, it will not hold the way screws would. In summary it is much more cheaply finished and made and the photo is a complete misrepresentation of the product. I will be returning it and buying elsewhere.

Best Family Fun!

Hate winter no longer! Just get out on a toboggan (buy the seat pad as well) with the kids and play. I started my 1 1/2 year grandson and his mom and dad on one this Christmas. They have had a great winter.
