Must have for squats

I'm squatting 3x week on the Texas Method and it causes havoc to the skin on my upper trap area. No amount of moisturizing afterwards was fixing the issue. I have never liked bar pads because they are usually bulky with too much padding. This pad is nothing like that. It's got a slim profile and it's more like a thick firm foam. It also contours in the middle nicely. If you're not convinced, go to the store and feel it for yourself.
