Just purchased this and it is an OK cheap toaster
Came with only one rubber foot though so it slides too easily on the counter - contacted H-B on that
You must reset the toast darkness setting every time -- that's rather annoying
Bagel setting on top rack ( recommended ) just toasts a stripe but works better onthe lower rack position
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great little Toaster Oven

Takes up little counter space and is great for Apartments. Although it's small, you can fit a 9" Pizza in it. Most importantly it Toasts FAST. It's like a mini Nuclear Reactor!!!
Looks to be the same exact same Model as my old Black and Decker model from the 1980's. That was indestructible. Had it for 25 years. Thing would never die. Only got rid of it because the " fake" wood grain paneling was falling off.
This HB is updated with a newer look but if it is the same ( and it appears to be ) as the old B&D it should last forever . One caveat. The picture shown is wrong. This model has only two knobs, not three. But that doesn't affect it's functionality at all.

mal conçu, ce four brûle les toast d'un côté puisque la grille n'est pas bien calibrée; elle est plus proche de l'élément du dessous que du dessus. De plus le bouton pour tourner est fait d'un plastique qui glisse dès qu'on a les mains un peu mouillée ...Bref déception totale chaque jour j'ai envie de la lancer par la fenêtre...Dire que son ancêtre était une merveille....

Great little oven.

This oven has served me well for the past 8 years. It is still going strong, although I am upgrading to the Kitchenaid countertop oven for its convection ability.
This oven works great for cooking frozen foods like chicken nuggets, small frozen pizzas and small portions of meat like chicken legs, pork chops and steaks. I find the heat to be adequate for cooking all these things. I never used it for toast, but I do use it for English muffins as it gets them nice and dark when up close to the broiler element.
If you are in the market for an inexpensive toaster oven that will last year after year and give consistent results, this is a great choice.
