...still doing the job

Bought the Greenworks 17" 60v mulching lawnmower LMC415 in June 2020 and it's still doing the job. Love that the 60v batteries also powers my Greenworks trimmer, snowblower and snow shovel. Waiting for a replacement blade from Greenworks...remarkable that it's just about the same cost to replace than it is to have someone sharpen and re-balance the old blade...and I don't have to find someone who will do the sharpening/re-balance.

Yes, I recommend this product.

what i needed

I needed a smaller lighter mower. This one is 17" easy to push and maneuver. My last mower (also a Greenworks, twin blade, horrible machine) could not be pulled backward, i.e. mowing both forward and backward. This one can. I am not crazy about the button for adjusting blade height, i fear it will not last. Also the battery does not last as long as I expected it to, but lasted long enough to do my back yard. It does charge quite quickly. The battery is not compatible with any of my other Greenworks products.

batter runtimme dissapointing

I can not even cur the grass of 1/3 of the advertised range. Very dissapointing and almost useless for my small yard.

Actual performance can vary depending on grass conditions, cutting height, and mowing pace, thicker or taller grass can place a higher load on the mower and reduce runtime. To help improve performance, make sure the battery is fully charged before use, try mowing when the grass is dry, and start with a higher deck setting for the first pass in dense areas. It may also help to mow at a steady pace and avoid forcing the mower through especially thick patches. If the runtime continues to fall significantly short of expectations, we recommend reaching out to customer success so the team can review your specific setup and assist further. I am having trouble with my lawn mower. I have been having issues on getting the battery charged from day one. My granddaughter got my battery charged My lawnmower wouldn’t start. I don’t know if it’s mercury retrograde or if I’m not strong enough. When I get everything working I love my lawnmower.

Q: How to unfold the handles of the lawnmower

A: Hello Pbourdon, thank you for your question! You can find the handle setup instructions in the operator’s manual under the Assembly section (3.1 – Unfold and adjust the lower handle). To get it into position, simply pull the lower handle up and back until it clicks into place, then secure it using the quick-release levers on both sides of the mower. Make sure both sides are aligned evenly and take care not to pinch any cables during setup. A: Hello Kevin. You can use the Greenworks 60V 5.0Ah in the 60v mower. The Greenworks 60V 8.0Ah is limited to specific units due to its size. This battery is not compatible with the following 60V tools: any 60V 12" Snow Shovel, any 60V 22" Snow Blower, any 60V Tiller/Cultivator & any 60V Walk-Behind Lawn Mower, and any 60V Pressure Washers.
