Works Great

We bought this because a wind storm blew down some rather large branches off of our tree. I didn't want a gas or a really powerful chain saw as I didn't think I would really use one. This chainsaw was surprisingly good. Unfortunately after a short time of sawing the chain jumped off the track and when I went to put it back on I notice some of the teeth were badly worn. We returned it to the store and they replaced it right away. So far it's working very well. It is a lot quieter than a gas running chainsaw. We are quite happy with it.

Louise product don't buy it

the first time I cut tree branches it cut unbelievable the more I used it it would stop and the chane buckled where I can't use it only after I or 4 minutes I tried to tighten it but the chain would not straten out 400 dollars going I. n the garbage would never recommend this product and I tried it but like I said it is going in the garbage

We’re sorry to hear you had trouble with the chainsaw, especially after initially getting good cutting performance. Since you mentioned the chain was already tightened, we’d also recommend checking that the chain is installed in the correct direction, confirming the bar nuts are fully secured, and ensuring the bar and chain oil reservoir is filled properly before operation. During the initial break-in period, a new chain can stretch more quickly and may require additional adjustments after the first few cuts.
It’s also important to make sure the chain can move freely by hand (with the battery removed), as an overly tight chain can bind during operation and affect cutting performance. Checking for sawdust, wood debris, or buildup around the guide bar, chain channel, and drive sprocket area can also help, since buildup in these areas may restrict chain movement or cause the chain to sit improperly on the bar.

Q: Is this sell without the battery and charger?

A: Ours had everything we needed in the box, ready for use! We got it at Canadian Tire in North Bay to use in a very remote campsite. We were allowed to quietly cut trees MNR had fallen, to not disturb other campers. Worked awesome and charged easily with generator as we were off grid. We definitely recommend it
