Great Saute Pan

First: If you don't know how to cook with stainless, do some reading and watch a YouTube video or 2. It'll make a word of difference Second: Buy this pan on sale and save a mint on a fantastic piece of cookware. Third: If your switching from non-stick, be prepared to elevate your cooking abilities simply by virtue of the versatility of this piece alone. So far i've cooked pancakes, eggs and grilled cheese. . .all delicate. After a seasoned pan, no sticking. The best thing about cookware like this is the ability to sear, braise, oven slow cook and then reduce sauce, all in one pan. Past night was braised chicken thighs and tonight braised beef ribs. Both cheap cuts cooked to mouth watering perfection because of the versatility of this pan. Only reason I didn't give 5 starts is because it's not full clad, but still has great even heat distribution on the bottom.
