Useless...

Hard to believe this is being sold... Tried a small 10 mm bolt, slightly rounded but not too bad. As soon as I put a little torque on the socket, it made a grinding/crunching sound and half the little teeth fell out. They are literally set in some kind of plastic. You can actually pick them out by hand. Cant imagine this working on any bolt. I regret this purchase, will be getting returned. Unfortunately I was not able to give this zero stars...forced to give it 1 which it doesnt deserve.

A gimmick product.

I bought these on the packaging's promise to remove rounded bolts of which I had one with round corners and flat sides. The correct size socket failed to grip at all and the next size smaller would not fit on. I am returning these to the store. From my experience, they are not even worth the minimal price paid for them. The plastic insert inside does not give me great confidence either. Although it proclaims a lifetime guarantee, it did not even work at grabbing the bolt so would likely never receive enough torque to break.

These are very fragile, do not attempt to use on stubborn rusty bolts. Use a proper drill and tap type extractor.

Handy Tool if Nut/Bolt Not Stuck Too Tight

I purchased this kit as an addition to my professional toolbox. What do I say? Sometimes it will loosen the bolt, sometimes it won't. Works okay for the price of the kit.
