We apologize for the poor experience you had with the Vida by PADERNO Grill Brush w/ Nylon Bristle & Removable Head For Cleaning BBQ Grill & Grates. It appears the product may not have been used as intended. The bristles are heat-safe up to 171°C (340°F) and should not be used over direct flame or coals. For gas grills, please ensure the burners are turned off and wait for 1 minute before use. For infrared grills, wait 3 minutes after turning off the burners. For charcoal grills, wait until the coals are completely out before using the brush. Please consult the manual for further instructions. If you require additional assistance, feel free to call our customer support at 1-800-263-9768.
