Not enough hot water

it took 3 minutes to boil 600 ml of hot water. hot water tank is not that large. capacity is 600 ml. if you need another 600 ml of hot water you need to press the hot water switch and wait for another 3 minutes.
No, I do not recommend this product.

looking to buy water dispenser

While looking to replace our water dispenser I noticed a common theme in reviews. Our is Home Styles bought at Zellars just before closing. We put a new bottle on it today (jan30, 2014)and 10 mins later we noticed a large puddle under it. It was leaking out of the top edge of the reservoir, tried cleaning and making sure that everything was in its place but it still leaks. I like convenience of these machines.

Valve failure

I have had this cooler for just over a year, so I am past warranty. The cooler has been okay for cooling water but is very slow to dispense. Last night as I went into the kitchen I noticed water on the floor. The cold water side was slowly running and soaked my dining room floor. There was about one liter of water on the floor, but I had just put a 19 litre bottle on it 15 minutes or so before. Luckily I caught it at one litre. Obviously I would not recommend this product.
