We are on our 4th year and have a 13000 mobile and cools the house down in about 10 minutes Quiet as far as window ac goes no maintenance problems in 4 yrs For the money totally worth it

Wrong assembly hardware

The unit itself runs fine but it came with the wrong screws to attach the top bar and the sides. Without those, it's impossible to install it properly in the window.

J'ai acquis cet appareil afin de refroidir la salle de jeux des jeunes qui pratiquent ensemble des entrainements régulièrement. En plus de refroidir l'espace efficassement, ce climatiseur réduit beaucoup le taux d'humidité de toute la maison. Je crois de plus avoir trouve un appareil très silencieux en comparaison de mon acier appareil. Le seul point sans réponse, ou puis-je retourner mon ancien climatiseur qui a rendu l'âme?

A: No, all Windows a/c vacuum the cooling outdoor air from both side opened louvers. The A/C call true the wall exist and the vacuum is on the back instead on the sides.
