2nd to 3rd degree burn from product

2 years ago

I received 2nd to 3rd degree burns from using this product. STAY AWAY. The burn happened in early April - it's mid July and I'm still going into clinics 3x a week for dressing changes, still painful.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Is it re-usable or just one time using?

A: Although just for one use, since they use an oxidation process to create the heat, by putting the pouch in an airtight ziplock bag, the oxidation process will stop. The pouch will then cool down and can be 'reused' by simply taking it out of the ziplock bag. That's of course, until all the iron in the pouch has oxidized, at which point the pouch can be thrown away.
